iOS 13 upgrade deleted all of my saved voicemails. Is there a way to get them back.

My next call is to Verizon to see if they have them stored there

Any other suggestions?

If you made a local backup via iTunes you can get them back with iAmazing.

This happened to me a few years back - I started using the ios 12 feature of sending keepers to voice memos with the share sheet.
