I had not seen much about Shortcuts updates for iOS 18, but just came across this article and thought I’d share it. Looks like there are some good changes, including those that were discussed at the WWDC keynote (involving App Intents, which feed into both Shortcuts and the new Siri).
This is one of the updates that seems really helpful in terms of being able to fine tune Shortcuts and Automations.
Plus the one update that will have the greatest impact across all Shortcuts is that it is now possible to have a multi-condition If statement. So now a Shortcut can run, for instance, only if it’s a Tuesday and you’re on your office Wi-Fi.
