I wonder if any of you have experienced something similar to this?
I was recently reminded of the “swipe to delete” action you can take when updating apps through the App Store. So I decided to remove some apps that I realized I wasn’t using anymore when they came up for updating.
However, after I swiped to delete them out of the update screen, and then went back to my home screen, I was surprised to find the exact apps I thought I had deleted on the home screen, in places I had never put them, updating. It was an easy to do a long press to delete them after they were done updating, but it seems strange. It has happened twice.
Have any of you seen something similar? I am running iOS 18.0.1 on an iPhone 15 Pro.
