iOS memory stick

Hi all

I have an Lightning adapter for my 10.5” iPad Pro so I can plug in usb devices. Works perfectly for a mouse or keyboard when I tested but when I plug in a usb drive it claims it needs to much power.

Can anyone suggest a make of usb memory stick that anyone has working.

I have one of these, SanDisk iXpand V2 32 GB USB Flash Drive for iPhone and iPad (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01CIEBU22/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_J2XREbTRSACRM) and use it with my iPhone. It shows up in the files app when plugged in.

Which Lightning adapter do you use?

The memory stick has a lightning and USB-A connectors. You just connect it to the iPhone or iPad and open the files app.
