iPad app for video playback of password protected site with speed control

I’m looking for an iPad app that will play back video from a retreat I attended that is password protected, that also allows playback at 1.x speed. I use Vimeo Repeat and Speed on Chrome on the Mac to do this, but have been unable to find a way to do this on my iPad… any help most appreciated!

Have you tried VLC?

You can change the speed of playback
and enter a password if I understand
what you are looking for

Thanks, but sadly none of these options work on a password protected site (at least not the one from this retreat). VLC is great, but cannot get to the site…
