If the iPhone 15 is plugged in charging in landscape –then it shows various widgets like the clock etc.
It seems like this is quite possibly causing screen burn in over a long period of time?
Curious what you think about this?

Not just for iPhone 15s though. They also talked about older phones and watches, too.
In the StandBy mode the widgets are only visible when you look at or move the device, the screen goes dark the rest of the time.

Not on an iPhone 14 or 15 pro.
My 14 pro goes black unless I move
There’s a setting under Standby for automatically, after 20 seconds, never. “Automatically” will turn the screen off in a dark room it says. I use it on a stand during the day while I work so this is why it stays always on for me.

thanks so much - I set mine like this and now it goes dark after 20 also - I think this is safer for burn in issues…
