All weekend I’ve been trying different settings for the iPhone 15 Pro Action button. First thing was a shortcut where I tried to open a new note for dictation. It didn’t work very well. Sometime it would misfire and not do anything. Other times there was a big pause before the dictation started listening, so it would miss half my sentence, etc. I’m hoping these are bugs that will be corrected.
I think the winner is what I did today. I went to the Patriots v Jets game. I set the button to camera and this worked the best to really have the camera ready to capture the action. It is much more reliable than all the other gestures that open the camera, especially since it was raining today.
