Is Health data stored in iCloud?

I’ve installed beta 1 or beta 2 on my sole iPhone since iOS 7, without a care in the world. I’ve always wiped my phone prior to installing the beta. But since iOS 13 was in beta, I’ve come to care a lot more about tracking my health data. I know that my messages and photos are in the cloud so I’m not worried about that. Everything else is effectively ephemeral for me. So if I do decide to install the beta, I just want to make sure my health data won’t be wiped.

Can anyone verify?

Like the OP I care about my health data, so I actually do both (iCloud & local encrypted backup).
