Is there a setting in Mail.App on Mac to view the from email address?

Is there a setting in Mail.App on Mac to view from email address? I’m on Mojave in case it’s a new setting. I want to view the actual email address in the from field instead of the name that is displayed. I’m trying to triage and would like to setup rules for specific emails and sort easily. Thank.s

I’m not aware of a way to always show the from-address in the message list but you can show the name and address in the message by turning off “Use Smart Addresses” in Preferences->Viewing. You can also choose message headers to display with the message there.

Thanks, I’m looking for something that shows the from email in the message list. I came across smart addresses when I was searching.
