How do I insert a line break in a cell in Numbers for IOS iPhone?
Coincidently I was curious about that just this morning with my only Numbers spreadsheet … Googled a little bit “new line ios numbers cell” finding that there is a way to tap on the cell (I can’t explain how… just a certain type of long tap or something seems to work … it just does it eventually) and a menu comes up “insert” and gives you the option to insert a tab or line break character.

Just tap when you see the cursor, and you should get the menu with Insert in it. If you’re editing a new cell, your first tap will show the cursor and also the menu.
