I am looking for a Mac app in which I can enter URL and get screenshot of the visible area and/or full page w/o visiting the site in a browser.
Any recommendations?

You might want to have a look at Paparazzi: https://derailer.org/paparazzi/ Especially when you want to take partial or full screenshots of a given url.
As for the sorting topic. I guess there are many ways to do it. After looking around some apps I finally chose to stick with the filesystem and dropbox, mainly due to accessibility reasons in combination with a very shallow directory structure and tags — along with the fabulous tagfiler script by Brett Terpstra https://brettterpstra.com/2013/12/20/automatic-filing-with-hazel-and-mavericks-tags/
In effect, you just tag a file and it get’s sorted away. If you look for something you can either search for tags, jump into a directory or make yourself a saved search in finder to get what you currently need.
Totally optional: In combination with Alfred, Keyboard Maestro and Hazel you could get almost any level of convenience you like.
Capto does this, and it’s also part of Setapp. (I own this and it works, but it’s a cumbersome and sometimes slow app.)
The free tier of Awesome Screenshot does this as well.
This is exactly what I was looking for.
Thanks everyone for your replies.
