MacBook Pro 15" external battery (USB-C)

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had a great experience using a USB-C 15" MacBook Pro with an external battery ?

With all the batteries being sold now, I still find it hard to find a solution for this particular need.
I use a 15" MacBook Pro with USB-C on location and I need to power it throughout the day.
When using the MagSafe MBP, it was pretty much limited to HyperJuice batteries with their modified cable which worked ok.
Now with USB-C, there seems to be more options. I saw some adaptors for V-Mount batteries or some high capacity USB-C batteries, but I can’t find any detailed informations on what’s available.

Any help is welcome

Thanks !

Have you looked at this one?
Anker PowerCore+ 20100 USB-C, Ultra-High Capacity Premium Portable Charger, 20100mAh External Battery, 6A Output Type-C Port for MacBook, Nexus 6P/5X & PowerIQ for iPhone, iPad, Samsung & More https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014ZO46LK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_lf.-BbHMCH5BR

I haven’t, but this one seems not to be powerful enough for the 15" MacBook Pro which needs the full 87W for proper charging (less than that and it will at best only sort of maintain the battery level where it is…).

This is the closest that I’ve found: http://www.mophie.com/shop/powerstation-usbc-3xl

It’s rated at 45W so not able to power a 15”MBP at full draw, though.

I do wish these smaller batteries where powerful enough for the 15" MBP !
Sadly the only options I see is using V-Mount Batteries and an adaptor like the MediaBlackout or the Mikegyver.
Also, living in France it’s hard to have access to these brands.
