MacPro 2010 or 2012?

Hi Everyone
According to Geekbench’s app, my MacPro 5,1 is a Mid-2010 model.
But on Apple’s Check-Coverage page (by entering the Mac’s serial number) it’s shown as a 2012 model.
Which one is right?

I’m the 2nd owner of this great machine so I don’t know if the processor was upgraded but now that I’m selling it and don’t want the future to complain about a false ads.

“About This Mac” under the Apple menu should tell you.

According to Mactracker, both the 2010 and 2012 Mac Pros have the same model identifier: MacPro5,1. That could be confusing Geekbench. I’d go with what Apple tells you.
