MacStock Conference 2020: virtual and free

July 25th. I expected it to be virtual this year, but was surprised that registration is free. There will be virtual Q&A after sessions, and sessions will remain available to watch for a week after the event.

Edit: seems they’re going to rely on a beta version of a new Zoom competitor called High Fidelity. Could be interesting, hopefully not excessively so.

Thanks you for sharing this @bowline My first Macstock conference. Keen to check it out. Registered and all ready to go. And its good it’s not ZOOM. It’s refreshing

Hm. An audio-only conference. Could be fun. I assume there can also be slides, somehow?

The demo is kind of interesting for the “hallway” demo, but I wonder what the actual presentations will look/feel like.

I registered too but, I did not realize it was audio only. I think I would really miss the slide presentations.
