Has anyone noticed an increased battery drain since the latest 16 beta dropped? For iPhone 13 Pro Max and Series 6 watch.

Just noting that in general betas (historically) are horrible for battery life, with things getting more normal as the iOS version’s actual release date approaches.

I’ve been running dev betas for awhile now and I understand that. This last update just seemed to cause more of a drain and I was only reaching out to see if anyone was experiencing the same thing.

Or sometimes not, I remember a beta a couple of years ago which was a few goes in that really accelerated battery drain.

Maybe I should’ve said “usually fixed by the time of the final release”.

I think I might be a rare case this time. Everyone I hear talk about beta 3 says their battery life is better.
Mine’s a real mess on Beta 3

Yeah, I think it can be all over the map, wild differences build-to-build.
