Maxed CPU when coming out of Sleep

I have a 2019 13" MacBook Pro running 10.15.5 that maxes out the processor for a minute or so any time it awakens from sleep. When I look at iStat to see what applications are using the CPU, it shows various apps, so no real consistency other than they tend to be Setapp apps, but then again, I use a lot of them, so I don’t know if that’s the issue. I have reinstalled the OS so far with no change. I don’t want to necessarily rebuild from scratch, but will if I have to. It’s not really a game stopper at this point, just a pain. What are some other things I can do to troubleshoot the issue before going nuclear?

TIA,
Etz

Make sure Time Machine drive is excluded from Spotlight

It ended up being “Endurance,” an app I was trying from Setapp to help with battery management. I removed that app and haven’t had near the issues. Thanks for all the suggestions.
