Merging recognised email addresses into contacts [solved]

Hi all,

I use Mail on Mac as my default email client. I have a number of email accounts, iCloud, Gmail etc, however most of my mail traffic is on my work 365 account.

I have hundreds of email addresses which are recognised such that they auto-populate within Mail, however they are not actually contacts. Is there a way I can bulk convert those email addresses to turn them into formal contacts?
