How hard would it be for Apple to sort items in alpha order in:
The Share Sheet
The Settings App for various functions
I have a ridiculous number of apps and this would remove major friction. (yes, not a real problem in today’s world.

I would love to see the share sheet revamped:
- Combine share extensions and action extensions into one list.
- Show all options alphabetically, as you said.
- Add an ability to search - so you could quickly find (for example) Ivory by typing “ivo…”.

OMG. The ability to search!!! Surely it should not be that difficult?

In Tahoe: System Settings > Login Items and Extensions > Extensions (By Category) > Sharing, the actions in the dialog can be turned off and on. They can also be manually rearranged by command-click-hold and dragging the items in the list up and down to a new position.
Not the same as automatic alphabetization of extensions, but gives a method to customize sequence in the share menu.
