Anyone having issues with mojave crashing while asleep or crashing on wake? I have a mid 2014 macbook pro that can’t seem to catch a break. It locked up when I ran disk utility and gave me colored snow once too.
I have run into this as well. I can’t figure out what specifically is causing it, but it’s definitely been a pain. I’m on a 2016 Macbook Pro.
Never seen this on Mojave – or any macOS update for quite a long time.
I suggest creating a new user account, log into it, and then experiment to see if the crashing occurs. If not, that would indicate some misbehaving app (or bad macOS update) on your main account.
I’m formatting and going back to high sierra. I can’t afford this nonsense on my work laptop.
