I’ve noticed that with all versions of iPadOS 26, I’m unable to drag Safari from the dock into stage manager to open a window. This does work for all other apps.
Very odd bug that I don’t see on my iPad Pro 11” M4.

Video probably is more useful to describe the issue I’m having. This works just fine on my 11” M4, however doesn’t work on 12.9” M1 iPad Pro.
