My primary place of work is at the BizDojo co-working space in Takapuna, New Zealand. I have a permanent desk with a view of Rangitoto Island (an active volcano).

What a fantastic view! How do you get any work done!
That view is amazing. I would spend half my day staring out the window.
On a more serious note - does having so much light behind the screen distract you?
The set up is nice, but the view much nicer!! 
Yes, it was a bit of an issue. But they’ve actually shuffled us around a bit and now it’s much better (and we still have a nice view).
You also can’t tell from the picture, but the windows are tinted to dull the bright light a bit.
