An email that I have through Hover does not appear to be receiving emails… anyone else having an issue??

Thank you. Not sure what I’ve done… my wife’s works but mine doesn’t. The joys of email. Even nothing on the Hover webmail so something is going on…

Well, the good thing about this is that, in my experience, Hover’s support has always been responsive and very helpful!

He had to “re-index” my mailbox… apparently that’s the first time in his 3 years at the company… just hope this doesn’t happen again.
