I am getting completely frustrated trying to use DALL-E to generation some tongue in cheek images. The error message are all the same “I wasn’t able to generate those images because the request violates our content policies.”
Talk About Censorship!!!
Here are the prompts I have tried and results: (Note, some of the details are from failed earlier attempts, this is condensed over prompts I’ve tried for the last week or so)
"I want an image of black sheep ram with horns wearing chain mail and attacking a wolf. He should not have any teeth on the upper part of his mouth because sheep don’t have upper front teeth. There should be a group of black ewes behind him with 1 or 2 white ones. Also wearing chain mail. None of the ewes have horns. "
Image was ok but inaccurate
"The ram doesn’t show his testicles and rams have the largest for body size of any domestic animal. He looks like a wether in this image. "
That worked, Got a proper ram as requested but this
“The ewes need full chain mail not just necklaces” failed with the error of violations of content policies. <?!?>
So tell me how requesting accurate testicles is ok but having the ewes wear full chain mail instead of necklaces isn’t?
Then I wanted this version “From the black sheep battle scene sequence can you take image number 4 and make it the same except all the black sheep are white and all the white sheep are black”
That fails as violating content policies.
Then this prompt “I want a white breeding ram with horns wearing chain mail and a helmet who has killed a wolf. There is a group of ewes in the background also wearing chain mail and helmets.”
Worked but the wolf was also in chain mail . So I added this
"We need no chain mail on the wolf. And a couple of black ewes in with the white ones. "
Failed as violating content policies!
So I tried this “Regenerate the image”
The response
" Yes, I can regenerate the image with the wolf unarmored, while keeping everything else the same:
- The white breeding ram in full chain mail and helmet, standing victorious.
- A group of white and black ewes in the background, all in full chain mail coats and helmets.
- No armor at all on the wolf—just its natural fur.
Got one that was ok.
Then I did this “Can you switch so the head of the ram is pointing to the right side not the left? Make a mirror image of this one?” Also worked but then this
“Add a few more white ewes in the background still with chain mail and helmets:”
Failed again with content policy errors.
I tried versions asking for moorit, dark and light colored sheep and all failed with content policy errors.
