Need help finding an old episode with a real estate guest

Hoping y’all can help a fellow out. A while ago–I’m guessing years ago–MPU hosted a guest who ran a real estate business on his iPhone. As I recall it, he helped individuals find and purchase real estate and he managed it, finding tenants, caring for repairs, etc. I can’t for the life of me remember the name of the guest and I can’t find the episode where he was a guest – any of you sleuths remember or have a way to help me out?
