32 GB of RAM being available is a big win. Also 4 full speed Thunderbolt ports on 13" is a win. Potentially fixed butterfly keyboard (quieter + perhaps more reliable) is a win.
For “pro’s” this is a nice upgrade finally IMHO.
Whether the pricing is appropriate/etc., harder to say.
