No alert sounds from iPhone Due app

Recently, I’ve stopped getting audible alerts from the Due app. In its settings, sounds and alerts are activated. In the phone’s Notification settings, Due is set to allow notifications, critical alert, time sensitive notifications, and “sounds” is also on. My ringtone and alert volume is about 75%.

However, the phone vibrates briefly when a Due reminder arrives—just no sound. My watch is also set to give me a haptic tap, but that doesn’t happen, either.

I restarted the phone and it didn’t help.

For what it’s worth, the iPhone’s timer alert is loud and clear.
