I wonder how does this differ from enabling “Reduce Transparency” in the Accessibility options?
In another thread, @LisaSpangenberg linked to a resource that helps answer your question quite thoroughly.
There are several settings that reduce Liquid Glass (macOS), but the greatest reduction overall can be obtained with Accessibility → Display → Reduce Transparency. The just added Appearance → Liquid Glass is fairly weak in its effect. The Tint window background with wallpaper color is also nice, and has been around before as Allow wallpaper tinting in windows. Lots of adjustments, but just missing Liquid Glass → On/Off.
Turned it on on release, will leave it on
