Are digital comic books PDFs, EPUBs, or are they forced into proprietary readers?
I just discovered that the PDF Viewer app on my standard-sized iPad held in portrait orientation can let me slide pages back and forth horizontally with parts of two pages visible across the page break. Very handy with PDF textbooks. And maybe comic books? I’ve found it to be especially useful with books that display text in two columns on each page.
they are usually .cbz or .cbr and can be read on lots of readers (free or paid)
