Hi all - I have an old Wacom Bamboo graphics tablet - any way to get it working with current Mac OS?
I’m going to throw out an answer of “no.” My Bamboo stopped working years ago with some OS upgrade or perhaps new Mac. I ended up tossing it out.
Not sure about Bamboo, but I have two Intuos tablets that work fine with the latest drivers under Sonoma… but I have really defaulted to Astropad and Astropad Slate, which gives me a bit more freedom of movement than the Wacom… FWIW
@clayesq The Slate looks really interesting, I wish they did a demo version of some sort just to see how well it works.
I hate it when perfectly good hardware becomes unusable after an OS update. I have also given up tablets, printers and scanners because OEMs have decided not to update drivers.
I found these two possible solutions. I have not used them and can not attest to their effectiveness, but they might be a start.
