OmniFocus - new perspective for actions- but how to leave out projects in same view?

Hi
I have Omnifocus 3, Pro.

I want to create a perspective that will list ALL of my actions but leave out projects. I accidentally ticked a project as DONE, and all tasks within disappeared! I won’t do that again for sure, but I also want to prevent that this can happen!

Can you leave projects in a perspective?

Leave them out you mean? Yes you can:
in the perspective add “Is not a project or group” as one of the selection criteria,
