Online appointment tool (using O365 & G-Suite)

I’m looking for an affordable on-line tool that would allows my propects/customers to schedule meetings with me based on my availability, defined by 2 calendars (professional on O365, private on G-Suite).
I remember Katie having such a tool, but it’s a long time ago.
I found a few on-line (Koalendar, Calendy, Picktime, SimplyBook.me) but comparing and test-running them would be time-consuming.
Do you have any recommendation/experience?

If you already have a Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Office 365) account, check out Bookings, which is part of the suite of apps offered. I’m not sure if ties into non-O365 calendars or not, but for supported calendars, it will show availability to customers. You can configure things a bit more granularly on the back end (set hours, set buffer times, etc.)

Oh, I should add that I used it fairly regularly in the past, but it has been a while. Although it seems more geared toward open bookings, like for a barber shop, It served my needs well. I actually created multiple booking pages for each kind of appointment (15 minutes phone call; 1 hour meeting; etc.) and gave those links out as needed. It gave me the control I wanted, and I got positive comments from some clients about the experience.

My only gripe was that you give the URL out to a person, and there’s nothing to stop the person from coming back again and rebooking another appointment using that same link. (Again, it seemed more geared toward something like a barber shop). I’m not sure if that has changed since I last used it. I would prefer one-time links. I solved this by using my Droplr account, and creating self-destructing links that I gave out. Those links forwarded to a Bookings page, and I just presumed nobody would pay attention to the URL they got redirected to.

Thanks Evan. Looks promising. Dabbling with Picktime which is close to what I want - but I have to give them fully access to my account which is not exactly what I’d prefer.
Will post an update once I’m there.

I’m a happy paying customer of savvycal

So I can confirm that Bookings on M365 Business Basic is exactly what I want (no cost/same security as M365/enough functionality) - very happy. Many thanks @Evan .

This is a recent addition to Google Workspace. I’ve not used it myself.
