Openin domain redirection

I have recently switched from Choosy to Openin and I like the app a bit better for some reason.

One issue I have is that I don’t know how to redirect links to a specific browser with a keyword in the link. Choosy made that very easy by having the option “include: [specific keyword] then open in [xxx] browser”.

Openin just gives me a domain field and I think I can do the same thing as Choosy did but I need to use some stars with it. However I can’t figure it out. Anybody know how I can fix this? I have looked through their documentation but it’s not very clear IMO.

I’ve never used OpenIn, but maybe try wildcards? Asterisks * are the most common in software, I’m pretty sure.

When you say keyword, you mean a portion of the text? Here’s an example of some I’ve set up:

It looks like I wasn’t too sure, either, so I tried to cover all my bases with a few different permutations of some links. Also, this is on a machine I’ve only recently set it up on. At home I might have something more involved with some of these links.

Right – if you need only specific pages of a site to go to specific browser: *.example.com/foo/*/bar/* or whatever
