OSStatus error -54

I use iFlicks to add the meta data to my movies and then add them to Apple TV. Lately I’ve been getting an error “OSStatus error -54”. The only thing I’ve found thus far online has to do with permissions. I’m running OS 10.15.2. Also have given iFlicks Full Disk Access in security permissions.

The error persists. Any ideas on a solution?

Update: I had not heard from iFlicks support at the time I posted this but since they have responded to say this is a software problem that will be fixed in the next update.
