There is also pdfGPT but it requires tinkering to setup.
Bump. Has anyone found any solution to chat with local PDF files using OpenAI API? I am looking for something without a subscription model.
This whole area is not very stable right now. Have you seen Danswer? The local version isn’t hard to run if you’re comfortable with Docker. If you’re not sure if you’d like it, try the free trial of the cloud version; it’s the same software.
