According to their posts on Reddit, we will soon see Standard Notes integrated with Proton (and Proton’s subscription plans) to some extent, adding a missing service to Proton’s portfolio. SN will continue to be open source and be available separately (probably similarly to how things went when SimpleLogin was acquired by Proton).

I’m excited about this. Protons products have gotten much better over the years.

I like that neither one is VC funded, so the risk of them screwing over users like Skiff did are much lower.

I am super excited about this one.
Proton is creating its own ecosystem of products that are privacy focused and platform agnostic. It’s something I can get behind. Watching their progress closely. At this point, I only use their VPN service.
