Does anyone know of a theme or blogging/publishing platform that has robust marginalia support? I’m looking for the following features:

Looks like the author bundled up all their hard work and made it a theme. Hugo seems familiar but buried somewhere in deep memory. Will play!
That looks very much like a Tufte style note; relatively widely spaced paragraphs with sufficient space in the right margin for detail, illustrations, charts etc. that elucidate the main note.
If you Google “tufte css” you’ll find numerous examples. I’ve written a few documents in this style using the Bookdown extension to R Studio.

It’s EOL’d but Apple’s iBooks Author would work.
