For those of you/us interested: Espanso is a great little text expander app, with very easy configuration by just changing/adding to a textfile (yml format) and works on Mac, Windows and Linux.

It’s lightning fast, and the advantage for me is that it is paste by typing, so it works in all my work environments that have copy/paste disabled.
