Save pdf to iCloud

The drop down menu for saving a file as a pdf (instead of printing) has an option to “save to iCloud Drive.” Using this function automatically saves the pdf to the Preview folder. I know that specific folders can be added to this menu, but is there a way to change the destination folder for that particular menu selection? (I use the function infrequently because I can never remember which folder is receiving the output.)

I store the majority of my files in iCloud Drive. If I’m ever saving a PDF from the print dialogue, I don’t use the “Save to iCloud” option, i just use the “Save PDF…” option and pick the appropriate folder using the old fashioned Save dialogue. I never use (and never want to use) the Preview app folder in iCloud Drive so the “Save to iCloud” option is not helpful for me.
