I updated my Scansnap iX500 to Mojave and I can not find my previously scanned files. Where are they?
New scans should be in ~/Documents/Scan Snap Home folder but it is configurable. Also, I assume you mean you upgraded the software to ScanSnap Home. Old documents should be wherever they were before you upgraded, and that was also configurable. I’ve always used Hazel to file documents for me and not ScanSnap’s databases. You should be able to have finder search for PDF/JPEG (whichever you scan to) files in the date range when you last used the old software to uncover the files, if nobody else pipes in with the definitive answer.
