After trying several options and not felling good with any I started my own window switcher and I feel like other people would like to use it too. I would love feedback on how to improve the experience and feature suggestions.

Looks like a slick interface. I solve the same problem by working on one project at a time.
I normally do that too. I don’t actively work on both projects in parallel, but I keep dedicated workspaces ready for each one.
Right now, I’m maintaining two main applications at work, so I have a separate Space for each project, another for email, Jira, and Slack (communications in general), and one more for personal use.
That way, even though I’m focused on a single task at a time, I’m always ready to jump into whatever needs attention next.
