Looking at upgrading from Sonoma to Sequoia on a M2 MacBook Air and wondering seriously how much more or less RAM it will use, since it only has 8 GB. Right now it idles at 4.80 GB of RAM in use with Activity Monitor. So, not a lot of headroom! I was hoping someone here could give me a realistic idea about how much that could change? I don’t run it hard, but it would be good to have an idea before making the upgrade.
