Set volume to 0 when disconnect Airpods

Years ago I set some form of automation on my iPhone so that when I disconnected headphones it would set the volume to 0 (I remember doing it)

I now want to turn it off, but I can’t find where I set it.

It’s not a shortcut, not a Home automation and I can’t seem to find instructions on the web to set it up (to reverse the instructions).

I’m stumped. Does anyone have a clue please?

You say it’s not a Home automation; could it be a Personal Automation via the Shortcuts App (center tab at bottom of screen when you open the app)? I know one of the triggers is specifically for AirPods connecting or disconnecting.

Thanks Eric, I have no personal Automations in there, Only those relating to my Home.
