I forgot to mention: CBC’s Ideas
No exact stats, but probably:
Sound Opinions
All Songs Considered
Decoder
MPU didn’t make it into my top 5, but it turns out it had the longest episode among all the podcasts I listened to this year.
MPU
99% Invisible
The Memory Palace
Dear Hank and John
Radiolab
MPU
Revisionist History
Connected
No Such Thing as a Fish
MPU
Automators
AppStories
Mac Geek Gab
The Talk Show with John Gruber
I discovered the History Hit podcasts recently. If you’re into history, I would recommend them. I subscribed to:
- Dans Snow’s History Hit
- Betwixt the sheets
- the Ancients
But there are other ones: on american history, on the Middle ages and on the Tudors
Travel with Rick Steves - I put this on every night as something to fall asleep to.
Into the Aether - I basically have been listening through every recording, working backward, while I’m puttering around the house on my own.
Shows I seldom miss:
- MPU
- Automators
- Focused
- Clockwise
Shows I listen to regularly, but will skip when pressed for time:
- Connected
- Upgrade
- App Stories
- The Francis Effect
- Advisory Opinions
Shows that I subscribe to, and listen to or not depending on the subject of the episode:
- Decoder
- The Documentary (BBC)
- El hilo
- Radio Ambulante
You are all in on the Apple and automation ecosystem lol. Nice. I’m gonna subscribe to a few of them. Thanks for sharing!
