Shortcut to parse articles / blog posts

In Episode 550 on RSS, in the last five minutes of the show, @MacSparky mentioned a shortcut he uses to parse article/blog post information (i.e., title, author, URL, and body text) and send it to Drafts so he can copy the elements into Roam Research. Does anyone have a similar shortcut or can point me in the right direction as to how to set this up?

Still a work in progress, but here you go. This version has some Roam Research syntax (a lot of brackets) that you may want to take out.
