Will Luna Display or Duet allow the use of an iPad in Portrait mode? Can you change the resolution?
Neither of these is possible with Sidecar.

As far as I know, Duet Display is the only app like this allows for Portrait mode. Luna Display does not.
Duet will also allow you to change the resolution.
If you use the wired method of connecting to Duet (which I recommend because doing this will use a lot of battery), Duet is a one-time purchase, no subscription required.

Duet supports setting Resolution, FPS and quality, helpful for battery usage.
