I know there are a few threads about Siri but I figure, what’s one more! 
Actually, this may be of interest. I selected the email confirmation from Apple for my MBP M1 Max order and invoked Siri; “Siri, remind me about this.” “Her” response was, “I figured as much!” Thinking this was an error, I checked the Reminders app. Sure enough, it was added.
“Her” response was a first. I found it rather delightful in an odd way.
