I’m in the process of migrating my file storage from Dropbox to iCloud. I’m trying to update a Siri Shortcut that automates receipt filing to a specific nested folder. This worked fine in Dropbox, but Siri Shortcuts seems to force file saving to a /Shortcuts root directory (see screenshot). Am I missing something or is Siri Shortcuts unable to save to a particular iCloud Drive directory without user input?
As I recall, Siri shortcuts moves are limited to the /Shortcuts/ directory. If no one else has a solution you might find some help at https://talk.automators.fm

Thanks, @WayneG. You are correct. At least for now, Siri Shortcuts can’t save files to anywhere but the /Shortcuts directory due to sandboxing limitations.
