Some tricks Apple is using to keep emulators out of the App Store

This is what a couple of devs have said. If they submit their emulator with the same name it used when it was rejected previously, Apple denies it for reason: spam (submitting a previously rejected app). If they rename their app MyApp 2, then apple rejects it on the grounds that no substantial changes were made since the previous version. Malicious compliance.
