Something happening with Resilio Sync between Synology and iPhone

I recognize up front this is probably a fringe case, and am here because Resilio Sync community forum is pretty much non-existent anymore. Hope folks here might, by some off chance, be familiar to explain what is happening.

Resilio Sync is set up on a few desktops, Synology and a few iOS devices. Most folders are always syncing, and one folder is selective syn on every device EXCEPT Synology.

Here is what I can’t figure out.
I have a folder on Synology and I shared it via QR code to iPhone. Nothing more than that.
What appears to have happened (and I keep deleting and re-adding, not sure what i"m doing wrong) is that every time I add the director FROM THE NAS, the folder that gets added to the iPhone is actually from a laptop. The NAS shared folder is not what is showing. There is no mixup between NAS version of Resilio Sync and desktop (not like I keep adding the desktop QR code by mistake.) Anyone else run into this?

On a realted Resilio Sync note, anyone know how to change the display order on the Folders screen? Foldres are even numbers but alphanumeric display doesn’t seem to help. Can’t drag display order differently. Any way to change the order w/o actually having to delete and re-add from scratch? Adding has to be done in reverse order btw…to get them to display in preferred order. It is weird.

This would concern me more than the issue you’re reporting. Isn’t their support team responding?

Support rarely, if even, interacts on the support forum. Posts and replies can be weeks/months in between. 1 person engaged. Ok. thought folks here might have some similar experiences. Thank you all the same.

You’re welcome and I don’t use the app so I’m not practical help. Good luck on finding a solution or a replacement!
