I’m just wondering with iOS 11, what are the main difference between Type to Siri (home long press) and Spotlight (with Siri suggestions) (swipe down). Which one should I use to do what ? (ie, I’m in Europe, we only have few Siri features compared to the USA).
Actually there’s nit that much difference between the us and eu. (And I’m also in the EU, but have used a US iphone for work for a couple of years)
I find type to siri is good at parsing more natural language, while spotlight is (just) good at finding apps, messages, emails and simple stuff. Nowadays I mostly use type to siri.
